This working group facilitates an ongoing collaborative interest shared by Leah Horgan, Aakash Solanki, and Angela Okune on the convergences and divergences around how "data"-driven" and "evidence-driven" governance and (techno)development is described and practiced by technology and city planning/governance initiatives in California, India, and Kenya.
