I have no connection to the development of this project so I am answering this question not as a founder but as a reader of the archive. The use and inclusion of Taiwanese Mandarin (I think?) in addition to the American English caught my attention immediately and decenters the English speaker as the assumed reader. It speaks to the multiple language audiences that the archive leads have in mind and I thought it was very revealing of who you hope will engage with this archive. I know this kind of translation work requires a significant additional labor of time and effort so that makes it all the more notable.
